PharmaSeek, LLC serves as a niche service provider identifying
investigative sites for participation in clinical trials.
We identify potential studies, query the sites regarding possible
participation, and provide the CRO/Sponsor with a pre-qualified
list of interested and capable sites for their consideration.
Once the sites have been selected, PharmaSeek works directly
with the sites conducting study start-up activities. This
includes, but is not limited to, completion and collection
of all regulatory documents, negotiation of contracts and
budgets, IRB submission, and other administrative tasks. The
following list describes our services in detail:
* Identification of qualified and experienced clinical
research sites
* Obtain required information from potential sites for Sponsor/CRO
* Provide Sponsor/CRO with pre-qualified investigator list
* Work with selected sites in completion and collection
of all FDA & Sponsor required documents
* Submit study specific documents to the central IRB and
work with sites in submitting to their local IRB
* Provide Sponsor/CRO with notification of IRB approval
* Negotiate a budget with Sponsor/CRO, and in turn, negotiate
a budget with the selected sites. We are then responsible
for all study payments to the selected sites.
* Negotiate and be party to the Investigator Agreements
* Facilitate the relationship between the Sponsor/CRO and
site
* Faciliate any Regulatory Revisions throughout the study
* Work with Sponsor/CRO to ensure project is a success
* Other duties upon request We currently work with over
500 sites across the country and that number continues to
grow. These sites range from private practices to multi-specialty
groups and are capable of conducting studies in many different
therapeutic areas.
We do not own our sites or have exclusive contracts with
them. Our proceeds are based on study performace, and our
continued realtionship with a research site reflects the quality
of their work.
