Clinical Trial Specialist

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Sponsors and CROs to coordinate clinical trials with PharmaSeek’s investigative sites
  • Coordinate required documents (regulatory, contracts) for execution of clinical trials and maintain documents in PharmaSeek’s trial management database
  • Coordinate patient recruitment strategies with sites for ongoing clinical trials
  • Ascertain and evaluate protocol specifications for Sponsor-initiated clinical trials
  • Consult with PharmaSeek staff to develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures from site selection through study execution

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with research methods in a clinical setting
  • Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

Preferred Requirements:

  • B.A. / B.S. required in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Previous work experience as a study coordinator, project manager or similar role

 

Account Executive


Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and negotiate preferred vendor relationships with Sponsors and CROs
  • Work with Sponsors and CROs to identify clinical trials for PharmaSeek’s investigative sites
  • Negotiate study budgets between Sponsors and CROs and PharmaSeek’s investigative sites
  • Represent PharmaSeek at trade shows and industry events

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years previous sales experience (preferably in the area of clinical research or pharmaceuticals)
  • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment
  • Demonstration of strong computer skills and proficiency, including MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • B.A. / B.S. in Life Sciences or a related field

Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA degree or MS in Life Sciences
  • Previous work experience as both field sales and inside sales
  • Previous work experience with both a CRO and pharmaceutical company
  • Previous work experience in the area of clinical research
  • Experience negotiating contracts for clinical trials
