About PharmaSeek
Since its inception in 1995, PharmaSeek has partnered with Sponsors and
CROs to identify investigative sites for clinical trials. What initially
began as a group of twelve Midwestern sites has blossomed into a network
of nearly 250 sites located throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Included in our network are research facilities, multi-specialty
practices, and academic institutions. As a group, PharmaSeek sites
practice research in virtually every therapeutic area.
The Company’s goal is to put quality clinical studies together with
experienced, high performing research sites. PharmaSeek
expedites the study start-up phase by streamlining the site selection process
and critical document control. This includes supplying a list of
pre-qualified sites, and assisting with study administration and start-up,
including budgeting, contracting and regulatory submissions. Once the site
is initiated, we assist with patient recruitment and track timely, accurate
payment for the services provided by our investigative sites.
PharmaSeek operates as an Investigative Site Network (ISN). Unlike
a Site Management Organization (SMO), we do not maintain an equity ownership
in our sites nor do our sites have ownership in PharmaSeek. Our success
is based upon our ability to add value to our sites’ clinical research
activities.
